About Me

I grew up in the Midwest, graduated high school, and married my high school sweetheart. Through all the twists and turns of life, art and photography have remained steady sources of inspiration—creative outlets that allow me to explore, experiment, and see the world from new perspectives.
Over the years, I’ve dabbled in everything from digital tools and 3D rendering to traditional sketching and painting, always curious about how different mediums shape an idea. Photography has been just as meaningful. Sometimes it’s about capturing a fleeting moment; other times, it’s about slowing down enough to notice details that might otherwise go unseen.
Like many part-time artists, I wrestle with balancing everyday responsibilities and the time I wish I could devote to simply being creative. Inspiration rarely arrives on schedule, but I try to welcome it when it does and keep moving forward, one project at a time. For me, it’s less about chasing perfection and more about enjoying the process, learning as I go, and finding the courage to share unfinished, evolving work.
